Flawless Aesthetics was founded on the mission to help people feel healthy, confident, and beautiful.
With over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, Flawless Aesthetics founder, Heidi Thompson, noticed the difference between her patients that felt their best and those that didn’t. After many years as a labor and delivery nurse, she wanted to create a business where she could encourage people – specifically women – to feel beautiful in every way possible.

Years ago, the services offered by Flawless Aesthetics were thought to be unattainable by anyone who wasn’t a celebrity. With modern technology and processes, these services are now available to everyone – no matter your financial situation or social status.

The vision for Flawless Aesthetics is to create a strong bond between the client and the technician. Clients feel comfortable, safe, and confident before, during, and after each session.

I created Flawless Aesthetics because I wanted to create a boutique personal experience where anyone that visits will feel beautiful and confident during each stage of the process. Meet
Heidi

Heidi Thompson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of experience in providing comprehensive healthcare services. She earned her associates from Clark State Community College then bachelors form Ohio University, finally pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is passionate about delivering patient-centered care. She started her bedside nursing career at Miami Valley Hospital working neuroscience then Labor and delivery. As a nurse practitioner worked for Springfield Gastroenterology. Heidi specialized in family medicine and had a strong commitment to preventive care, helping patients of all ages manage chronic conditions, improve their wellness, and navigate the healthcare system. She felt there need and focus on helping people look and feel good, therefore in 2021 started Flawless Aesthetics. In January 2022 was the “official” opening and has grown to what is today. She is dedicated to promoting health education and empowering patients to look and feel their best. When she is not seeing patients, Heidi enjoys volunteering in community health initiatives and spending time with her family.

Office Manager

Brooke is an experienced and dedicated Office Manager with a proven track record of optimizing office operations and supporting team productivity. With 10 years in office administration, Brooke excels at creating a seamless and efficient office environment. From managing day-to-day activities and overseeing office supplies to streamlining scheduling and communication, Brooke is a key contributor to ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Skilled in supervising office staff, coordinating internal and external communications, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, Brooke thrives in dynamic settings. In addition to administrative duties, Brooke is well-versed in budgeting, invoicing, and managing office-related expenses, ensuring that resources are used effectively and within budget. Known for exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach, Brooke is committed to maintaining a positive and productive office atmosphere for the entire team.

Ansley
